1st Music Boosters Scholarship Awarded

And the Eastchester Music Boosters 2017 Scholarship Goes to…
Hiroko Abe!

Hiroko is a recently graduated EHS violinist who was faculty-nominated for our scholarship.  During her senior year she was president of Tri-M (The National Music Honor Society), president of Full Orchestra, and an active member of both full orchestra and jazz band. Additionally, she served as the concert master of both the EHS orchestra and full orchestra and served her WISE internship in the EHS/EMS music department.  She was a great asset to the music program and we wish her continued success in college.  Congratulations, Hiroko!

Parade Update

O’Dear All,

We have a lot of spirit but not enough marching bodies to properly represent the dynamic members + mission of the Music Boosters this year, so we will be on the sidelines cheering, but not participating in the parade on Sunday.  Stay tuned for more news and exciting events happening this spring + summer.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
